A rare Swiss gentleman’s Art Deco minute repeating pocket watch with original box, circa 1910.
18-Carat white gold case with applied monogram WMD in high relief, front and backside with florally engraved gold border and slide for repeating mechanism. Signed silvered dial with applied Arabic Art Deco gold numerals, auxiliary seconds and gold arrow-shaped hands. Bridge movement, rhodium-plated, with Geneva Striping decoration, three adj., 23 jewels, two hammers / two gongs and screw compensation balance.
