Pink gold minute repeater with calendar and moon phases

A very fine and very rare Swiss 14K pink gold, astronomic, minute repeating, hunting cased, keyless pocket watch, circa 1890. With perpetual calendar and moon phases. Made for the Russian market. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the seconds, months and four-year cycle, days of the week and date, aperture for the moon phases. Blued steel spade hands.

A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 34 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Case and movement numbered.
