White enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer minute track, 18k yellow gold hinged case, translucent green enamel foliage pattern with diamond centerfield to the cover, translucent green enamel foliage pattern to the reverse, band decorated with patterned engraving, cuvette signed by retailer and maker, case and cuvette numbered.
