A very splendid Swiss pocket watch, for the Chinese market, circa 1850.
Gilt plain case, engraved dome with sun decoration, Chinese signature, spring lid function. Fleurier fire-gilt movement with splendid engraving and big 3-arm steel balance. Bridge signed and numbered, matching numbers on case and movement. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, golden hands and blued steel center seconds hand.
