A beautiful early numbered pocket pendant watch gold enamel Lépine set with diamonds, made by Patek Philippe in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1865. The open faced case is crafted from 18 Carat gold, has a fine coin rim and its back has green engine turned enamel which is set with rose-cut diamonds. The white enamel dial has an outer ring with black Roman numerals for the hours and filigree Breguet hands. The bridge movement has a cylinder escapement.
The watch came in a possibly old sales box containing an old winding key and the cuvette is signed.
