A fine and elegant thin keyless 18 Carat yellow gold and diamond dress watch. Made by Piaget  in Genève, circa the 1980’s. Three body, bassine, polished and brushed case with bezel and bow set with diamonds and a hinged bell shaped bow.
Satiné champagne dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes and yellow gold baton hands. Rhodium-plated movement with 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock absorber and a self compensating flat balance spring.
Dial, case and movement signed.
