A high-quality Swiss 18K gold and enamel open faced cylinder lady’s pendant watch from the founding years of Patek Philippe, circa 1845. Bar movement, cylinder escapement, key-winding, engraved balance cock. Case with coin rim, floral engraving and a polychrome enamel depiction on the back, an attribution to the Madonna della Sedia after Raphael’s original. Screwed white enamel dial with Roman hours, outer minute divisions and fine steel Breguet hands. Case numbered, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers. Comes with the original gold key and chain.
