A fine, thin Geneva pocket watch with original box, circa 1944. The watch has a steel and gold case which can be pushed back. The dial is silvered and has applied indexes, auxiliary seconds, and alpha hands, and is signed by Hausmann & Cie and Patek Philippe & Cie. Genève. The bridge movement is rhodium-plated and decorated with fausses côtes. It has the Geneva quality hallmark and a gold screw compensation balance. The index spring fine-adjusting device is also present.
