A very fine Swiss, 14K yellow gold and enamel, Art Deco dress watch, circa 1930. A solid case, with blue champlevé enamel bezels and bow, case back with vertical engine-turned pattern and monogrammed medallion, case band with chased decoration. Matte silver dial with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track, concentric blue champlevé enamel ring, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold cathédrale”hands. Nickel-silver movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring. Dial and movement signed.
