A fine Swiss quarter repeating hunting cased pocket watch with chronograph, circa 1890.
14 carat rose gold engine turned case with engraved monogram, engraved gold dome, pusher for chronograph at “12” and slide for repeating mechanism. Enamel dial with radial Roman hours, Arabic minutes, auxiliary seconds and Louis XV hands. 1/2 plate movement, frosted, gilt, with finely ground and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, two hammers / two gongs, screwed chatons, gold screw compensation balance and  counterpoised lever.
