A very fine and decorative Swiss 18K gold minute repeating lever pendant watch, circa 1890. Gilt frosted bridge movement, chatoned, two hammers, two gongs, screwed compensation balance, counterpoised lever.
White enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds and spade hands. The case back with an engraved and translucent brown enamelled band, diamond-set, inlaid polychrome enamel flowers, a round enamel cartouche in the centre with the depiction of a putto, half pearl-set bezels, slide for repeating mechanism.
