A fine and rare Swiss, 18K yellow gold, keyless dress watch, circa 1923. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe morocco fitted box and original Certificat d’Origine.
A polished case, hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. A frosted gilt movement, 18 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. From the Collection of a Spanish Gentleman.
