A very fine and elegant Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch, circa 1946. Accompanied by the original fitted box and certificate. A polished concave bezel, brushed band, tapered hinged bow, brushed back cover with polished border. Matte silvered dial with engine-turned chapter ring, applied yellow gold faceted dart indexes and Arabic 12, outer dot minute markers, subsidiary seconds divided into four sectors. Yellow gold dauphine hands.

A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
