A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced cylinder watch with matching brooch, circa 1870. Gilt finished cylinder movement, four jewels, plain three armed brass balance. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute division and gilt moon style hands. Blue enameled case, matching 18 carat gold, enamel and pearl set brooch fitted with a lady wearing a ruby set ring. Cuvette signed and numbered.
