A  rare gold, enamel and pearl-set simple medaillon a tact, circa 1815. Gilt movement, ruby cylinder escapement, signed and numbered gold cuvette, silvered eccentric dial, Roman numerals, blued steel moon hands, translucent blue enamel covers over an engine-turned ground, the back  with a gold arrow à tact hand, reeded band with pearl-set touch pieces, pearl-set suspension loop, movement and cuvette signed Breguet.
