fine and rare Swiss 18k gold keyless wind minute repeating half hunter pocket watch, circa 1870. Swiss lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, wolfs tooth winding, two polished hammers striking on two gongs repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band at 6 o’clock. Polished hinged case, blue Roman numeral chapter to the front. Gold hinged cuvette.
White enamel dial with narrow black Roman numerals, black outer minute track, blued steel double spade hands, subsidiary seconds. Signed case and cuvette.
