An elegant Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set full hunter cased lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1890. A matte and polished case, the front cover is decorated with a painted on enamel figure of Cupid with a rose cut diamond set base and balloon, engraved foliage, the back cover with engraved monogram and faceted band. Hinged gold cuvette with an engine turned edge. White enamel dial, radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track with five minute Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium plated movement with wavy line decoration, 15 jewels, a counterpoised straight line lever escapement, a notched bi metallic compensation balance, a blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator.
