A fine, rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating keyless lever watch by Patek Philippe, circa 1888.
White  enamel dial, Roman numerals, steel spade hands.
18K pink gold, open faced, keyless winding, round-shaped, pocket watch, with subsidiary seconds at 6 and minute-repeater on two steel gongs, activated by the slide at 3 o’clock. Case back engraved in taille-douce (fine cut) with the cypher “G M O”. Dial and movement signed.
