A fine and small Swiss 18K yellow gold and half pearl-set open faced keyless Louis XV pendant watch, circa 1800.
The case back, both bezels and bow are set with half-pearls of various sizes. White enamel dial with Arabic Dauphine hours in blued round gold rimmed cartouches, outer minute track and Louis XV hands. A rhodium-plated movement, going barrel, straight-line equilibrated lever escapement, cut-compensated balance and blued steel hairspring. The cuvette is engraved in taille-douce (fine cut) and inscribed Nadine Bronitzky. Accompanied by the original fitted presentation box and an Extract from the Archives.
