A Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel, diamond set hunting cased pendant watch, circa 1870. With a matching châtelaine in gold, enamel, and ruby diamonds set. Both covers are in black enamel decorated with gold scrolling and vermicelli patterns. The front with diamond set enamel decoration, the back with black enamel and gold decoration, gilt hinged cuvette. Chatelain: two panels with black enamel and diamonds set. Silver dial, enamel Roman numerals, outer minute ring and blued steel spade hands. Gilt brass movement, bar calibre, cylinder escapement, gold balance, blued steel flat balance spring, ten jewels. Signed on the cuvette.
