A fine and rare Swiss, 18K gold and painted on enamel keyless lady’s pendant watch, circa 1914. Commemorating the Tir Cantonal du Centenaire, Genève-Suisse, 1814-1914. Accompanied by the original Patek, Philippe & Cie fitted box and certificate. Frosted, the bezel and border with white enamel double line decoration, the back cover decorated with a painted on enamel scene of Lac Leman with Geneva and the Alps in the background, champlevé enamel rose swag border and inscribed 1814-1914.

Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track and gold painted Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gold Louis XV hands. Frosted gilt movement, bar calibre, ten jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
