A very fine Swiss 18K gold coin watch inserted in a 10 U.S. Dollar gold coin dated 1901, circa 1980. The case opens with a push-piece concealed in the band, a three-body hinged inner case. Gold dial with painted baton indexes and gold baton hands.
A rhodium-plated movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber, and a micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
