A charming Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel, keyless lady’s pendant watch with detachable gold, pearl and Limoges style enamel brooch, circa 1890. Engraved bezels and band, the front cover decorated with a fine painting on enamel flowers. The back cover matches a central painted on enamel scene of a teacher with her student practising, on the reverse photo of a small girl. Hinged gold cuvette, matching brooch. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, blue five minute numerals and gold spade hands. Frosted gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, plain three arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Case numbered.
