A numbered high quality silver pocket watch in original sales box, made by Patek Philippe & Co in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1885. This watch features an à goutte (water drop shaped) silver case with gold hinges and a dial with an outer minute and hour track with Arabic 5 minute- and Roman hour numerals, a subsidiary dial at 6 o’clock and steel hands. The numbered movement is equipped with a precision lever escapement, a moustache lever and wolf’s toothing.
Case and movement bear matching numbers and the dial and cuvette are signed.
