A fine and very unusual Swiss silver open faced triangle form masonic keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1930. Solid case, the front bezel decorated with masonic symbols and the blue-enamelled letters GJB, the back centred by Solomon’s Temple surrounded by masonic symbols. White enamel dial with multi-coloured masonic symbols instead of numerals, outer minute graduation with blue Arabic five-minute markers, the centre with the motto: Aime ton semblable, tends lui une main secourable (Love your fellow man, lend him a helping hand) and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to 5 positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring.
