Swiss gold, enamel and diamond set hunting cased lever watch with minute repeating, circa 1890, nickel damascened lever movement, cut bimetallic balance, two hammers striking on gongs, gold cuvette signed Courvoisier Frères , Chaux de Fonds.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer track for the minute indication, subsidiary seconds. gold case, the front with a royal blue translucent enamel panel set with a geometrical pattern of diamonds in the centre, surrounded by gold engraved arabesques, the back also with a royal blue translucent enamel panel, diamond-set floral motif, surrounded by gold engraved arabesques,sliding device to the band for minute repeating mechanism, signed on the cuvette.
