The cuvette is engraved Fabricado expressamente para Gondolo & Labouriau Relojoeiros Rio de Janeiro. The white enamel dial has Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, Arabic five minute numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and pink gold spade hands. This Chronometro Gondolo is particularly rare as it has the Chronometro Gondolo signature above the Patek Philippe signature and not above the subsidiary seconds. This dial variant is extremely rare. The extract from the archives confirms the originality of the watch and the year of sale 1904.
