A small Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1904. The jewelled movement with a lever escapement. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals and gold hands. The case with a scroll, floral and foliate engraved front bezel and rim on the back, the reverse with a further decoratively engraved central monogram, a plain pendant and bow. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered.
