18 carat gold “à goutte” case from very solid quality. Ankerchronometer with very big chronometer balance, circa Ø17mm, wolf’s toothing and eccentric fine adjusting device. White signed enamel dial with Roman hours, subsidiary Arabic seconds and gold hands.
