A Swiss very fine, rare Geneva gentleman’s pocket watch with original box, Patek Philippe certificate and original invoice, circa 1926. Sold on 04/07/1926 to Madrid.
Three-colour “à trois couleurs”, 18 carat gold case with applied pink gold foliate scrolls, stylized monogram “JFM” on the back side, chased laurel wreaths on the front and back side of the bezels and push back. Signed silvered dial with applied Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds and gold Breguet hands. Signed frosted gilt bridge movement with 16 jewels, Geneva quality hallmark, wolfteeth winding wheels and gold screw compensation balance.
