A very fine, Swiss quarter repeating hunting cased pocket watch with moon phases and triple calendar, circa 1890.
Gilt keyless-winding movement, calibre 18,5, lever escapement. Enamel dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track with Arabic five minutes numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds at 6, moon phase at 6, three subsidiary dials for indications of the weekday, month and date, and original gold Louis XV-style hands. Engraved 14K gold, à-goutte, hunting case.
