Extremely rare split seconds chronograph

An extremely rare anker chronometer doctor’s watch with split seconds chronograph, made by Ulysse Nardin in le Locle, Switzerland, circa 1915. The numbered full hunter case of this watch was crafted from silver and is marked on the back: D.R. Burton, V.A.S.A, 27.7.950, Buenos Aires. The white enamel dial has a pulsation scale, Roman hour numerals, a 30 seconds counter at 3 o’clock, a subsidiary seconds dial at 9 o’clock, blued steel hands and is marked “Cronógrafo Medical”. The numbered movement has an anker chronometer escapement, an extra large balance, a fine adjusting device and a split seconds chronograph.
The case, cuvette, dial and movement are signed.
