A silver and niëllo Swiss dress watch with a 24-hour dial, circa 1920. The bezel and case back are decorated in niëllo with alternating silver lines and dots. Silver and niëllo greek key decoration on the band, cartouch with monogram E.S. at the centre of the back.  White enamel dial with black Dauphine 1-12 and inner red Dauphine 13-24, outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds and copper cathedral hands. Movement with 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
