A fine Swiss, rare and small hunting cased, keyless, 18K yellow gold pocket watch, circa 1898. The front cover is engraved with Art Nouveau floral pattern with diamonds, the back cover is also engraved and engine-turned. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Pink gold spade hands. A frosted gilt movement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement a moustache, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
