A rare Swiss stainless steel open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1937. This timepiece features a gilt lever movement, a moustache lever, wolf’s toothing, a fine adjusting device, and two Geneva punches. The dial is silvered and partly patinated, showcasing raised steel indexes for hours, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, and original hands. The plain case is made of stainless steel with a snap-on case back. Both the dial and movement are signed, as well as the case. Additionally, it comes with a Patek Philippe presentation box and an extract from the archives confirming the sale date of September 14, 1937.

The case is overall in very good condition, showing only superficial wear throughout. There are a few small minor nicks on the case back, and it appears to have been previously polished. The dial is also in good condition, with minor dark spots scattered across its surface and some light dust present. The black enamel signature remains strong and raised. The movement is running properly.
