Observatory chronometer with power reserve

An observatory chronometer with spring detent escapement tested at the Neuchâtel Observatory in 1931, made by Ulysse Nardin SA in le Locle, Switzerland, circa 1930. This watch features a numbered case crafted from silver and an enamel dial marked “Chronomètre”, with an outer minute and hour track with Roman hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, a power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock and original silver hands. The numbered movement is equipped with an Ulysse Nardin chronometer with spring detent escapement, power reserve and Geneva striping decoration.
The dial and movement are signed.
