Open faced pendant watch by Patek Philippe & Cie

A very fine, small Geneva gold enamel pendant watch, circa 1907. Sold on 07/14/1908, with Patek Philippe extract from the archives.
The case is 18 carat gold, the back cover decorated with translucent blue-grey enamel over an engine turned ground, a rose-cut diamond ornament in the centre, white and black Champlevé enamel to the case band and bezel, and it has a gold dome. The signed enamel dial has Arabic dauphine numerals and gold Louis XV hands. And the bridge movement is frosted, gilt, with wolfteeth winding wheels and screw compensation balance.
