A technical interesting Swiss pocket watch, with jumping, stoppable center seconds and Pouzait lever escapement, circa 1820.
Silver smooth case with English hallmarks 1821. Extremely rare Pouzait lever movement, main plate signed, typical 5-armed Pouzait balance with 1 oscillation per second, so-called “seconde d’un coup”, lateral stopping device, setting device with small wheel below bezel. White enamel dial with Roman hours, jumping, stoppable center seconds and Breguet hands.
