Complicated skeletonized lever watch by Audemars Piguet

A very fine Swiss skeletonized, astronomical diamond studded white gold gentleman’s pocket watch with perpetual calendar and moon phase, circa 1983.
18 Carat white gold polished case, bezel set with brilliant cut diamonds and glazed on both sides. Skeletonized dial, with radial Roman hours on the outer silvered chapter ring, blue enamelled subsidiary rings for the indications of the months under consideration of the leap year at 12 o’clock, date at 3 o’clock, auxiliary seconds in combination with phases of the moon and its age at 6 o’clock, weekdays at 9 o’clock and blued cathedral hands. Bridge movement, rhodium plated, skeletonized and hand engraved, with a large skeletonized barrel, Glucydur screw balance, shock protection for balance and escape wheel, finely ground and bevelled parts for the calendar.
