–
A technically highly interesting lépine with very rare movement construction, made circa 1800. The open faced numbered case was crafted from 18 Carat pink gold and has a reeded band. The white enamel dial has an outer ring with Arabic numerals for the minutes (outside) and the hours (inside) and very beautiful steel hands with gold pointers. The very rare lépine caliber has a verge escapement.
