A very fine Swiss 18K gold skeletonized lever pocket watch, circa 1980. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe special glazed box, Certificate of Origin, Patek Philippe (Japan) service guarantee card, pouch and a booklet. A solid case glazed on both sides, case band and bezels hand-engraved with scrolls, crown set with a green cabochon stone and black feuille hands. A gilt brass, skeletonized and hand-engraved movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, and swan-neck micrometric regulator. Case and movement signed.
