A small Swiss 18K gold, enamel and pearl-set lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1890. An engraved bezel, polished band, the back cover decorated with an oval painted on enamel portrait of a lady within a pearl-set border, outer engraved border to match the bezel. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with blue radial Arabic numerals, gold paillon half-hour indexes, outer minute track and gilt Louis’ hands. A matte gilt movement, eight jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, cylinder escapement, three-arm plain balance, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator.
