A very fine and decorative 18 carat gold open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1914. Glazed bridge movement, inscribed Pat. Jan. 13, 1891, gold screw compensation balance. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, red Arabic minutes and sunk subsidiary seconds with red Arabic numerals. Both bezels, the pendant and bow are lavishly florally engraved, the case back engine-turned with a central monogrammed cartouche. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed and numbered.
