A very fine French 18 carat gold, enamel and stone set open faced manual wound pocket watch made by Cartier, circa 1900. The movement with a lever escapement. Original hands. A case with guilloché in a sunray pattern on the back, a monogrammed cartouche in the lower part, the bezel with white enamel decoration and a stone set band. Dial signed.
