A fine and thin Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1908. The movement with a lever escapement. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, red Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gold hands. A polished case. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered. Comes with the original fitted presentation box and a certificate.
