A fine Swiss 14 carat gold open faced manual wind pocket watch made by Longines in Geneva in the 1920s. The frosted gilt movement with 14 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating flat balance spring and an index regulator. Silver dial with Breguet hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions, inner guilloché decoration, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and original blued steel moon hands. The solid, textured case is polished and features cast and engraved floral and foliage decoration set with five jewels above a blue guilloché ground. A further hinged white gold cuvette engraved with prize medals. Dial, case and cuvette signed, movement signed and numbered.
