A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless ladies’ pendant watch, circa 1890. The matte gilt bar caliber movement with eight jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, a cylinder escapement, three arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals and original gold Louis XVI hands. The case entirely polychrome enamelled showing a scene on the back of three putti making arrows with hammers and an anvil in a landscape, a further gold pendant, bezel and bow. Movement numbered.
