A special very flat Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating pocket watch, circa 1925. Lever movement, repeating hours, quarter hours and minutes. Gilt dial with Arabic numerals, blued steel hands and subsidiary Roman seconds. Plain case with customized nobleman’s escutcheon to the back.
