Rare collector’s pocket watch

A silver case pocket watch, noblemen’s escutcheon on back, upper section is pierced, bell is probably replaced, circa 1687 – 1700.
Very early French verge movement with alarm, sound needs adjusting, decorated barrel drum, main plate is signed.
The cage with different animals and mythical creatures, enamel dial with central gilt alarm disc, iron hands, unusual negative winding shaft on dial side, corresponding original key, dial with fine hairlines.
Altogether in very beautiful condition, rare collector’s watch.
