Case with invisible hinge, pendant with opening button, both sides with enamel, changing colour from green to cobalt blue in different lights, full plate fire gilt verge movement, pierced and engraved cock, winding through the original enamel dial with red signature, gold hands, corresponding original 18-carat gold chatelaine, also enamelled on both sides.
